向欧洲生态城市学习
摘要
21世纪低碳生态城市发展大潮面对全球气候变化和自然灾害频发的大背景,世界主要城市均提出了低碳战略或远景计划,以探索城市可持续发展之路。进入21世纪的十几年间,全球范围内的低碳生态城市发展呈现逐步深入和多样化的发展态势。
