摘要
氯硝柳胺是我国血吸虫病流行疫区现场广泛使用的杀螺药物,在血吸虫病防治领域发挥了巨大作用。但其对非目标生物的毒性以及是否会对生态环境产生影响,已引起学者广泛的关注。为此本文概述了氯硝柳胺在水-土壤系统中的降解、吸附等环境行为以及在生物体内的代谢行为,以期为其生态环境风险评价提供参考依据。
As a widely used mollusicicide in the schistosomiasis endemic areas, niclosamide has played a critical role in the control of schistosomiasis in China. However, its toxicity to the non-target organisms and the impact on the ecological envi- ronment has been widely concerned. This review is mainly on the discussion of degradation and adsorption of niclosamide in the water-soil system and the metabolism in the organisms. All of these could provide the reference evidence for the ecological envi- ronment risk assessment.
