Advances in immunoproteomics approaches toward the discovery of antigens for diagnosis of parasitic diseases

免疫蛋白质组学(immunoproteomics)是由蛋白质组学与现代免疫学相结合形成的一门新兴的交叉学科,已广泛应用于肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病以及感染病的生物标志物筛选与鉴定。本文就近5年来免疫蛋白质组学技术在寄生虫病免疫诊断抗原筛选中的应用作文献综述。

Immunoproteomics is a newly emerging field, deriving from the combination 04 proteomics technology with modern immunology. The immunoproteomics strategies have been applied to screen and identify biomarkers of cancer, autoim- mune disease and infectious disease. This review summarises the advances in immunoproteomic applications in discovery of anti- gens for immunodiagnosis of parasitic diseases.
