摘要
为了保证企业生产过程中的工艺控制和监测数据的准确、可靠,并结合使用过程中工况环境和使用环境对热电偶、热电阻等仪器设备计量性能的影响,需要对温度测量系统的计量性能定期进行有效检定。传统的针对系统各单元进行的独立检定或校准无法保证整个测温系统的计量性能合格,因此提出了将现场温度测量系统看作一个整体,在输入端输入标准信号,不考虑热电偶、热电阻输出信号及数据采集、信号处理过程,直接在显示单元读取温度测量系统示值的系统检定方法。结果表明:检定结果完全满足JJG617-1996《数字温度指示调节仪检定规程》、JJG951-2000《模拟式温度指示调节仪检定规程》的要求及使用单位的要求。
In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of process control and monitoring data during the production process, and combining with the influence of condition and using environment to the measuring performance of thermocouple and thermal resistance as so on during use, it's necessary to effectively verify the measuring performance of the temperature measurement system regularly. Traditional independence verification or calibration to each unit of the system can't guarantee the qualified metrological performance of the whole temperature measurement system, so the paper puts forward the on-site temperature measurement system as a whole, standard signals are inputted, regardless of output signals of thermocouple and thermal resistance, data acquisition and signal processing, the dates of the temperature measurement system can be read directly on the display unit. The results show that verification results completely meet the requirements Accommodometer Verification Regulation" , JJG951-2000 Verification Regulation" and using units. of JJG617-1996 " Digital Temperature Indication " Analog Temperature Indication Accommodometer
