摘要
以厚度为1.2mm的车用高强钢DP800为实验研究对象,分析了激光热丝焊焊接工艺参数对焊接质量的影响。通过在小对接间隙条件下的正交试验对焊接工艺参数进行优化,拉伸试验表明优化后的工艺参数焊接的力学性能显著提升。利用红外热像仪测焊丝温度发现合适的温度可以提高焊接过程稳定性,降低约12%的总能量输入。分析不同加热电流作用下的激光热丝焊结果,得出不同对接间隙下加热电流的优选范围,为实际工程应用提供参考。
AbstractThe 1.2 mm automobile high strength steel DP800 was selected to be experimental research object. The in fluence that laser welding technology parameters effect on welding quality was analyzed. Under the condition of a small butt joint gap, the welding technology parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiment. Tensile test indicated that mechanical property was advanced after optimization. The wire temperature was measured by using the thermal infrared imager. A suitable wire temperature not only obtained the stability of welding process, but also reduced about 12~ of the total energy input. The wire heating current under various butt joint gap was calculated by analyzing the results of the laser welding with hot wire fill er, which can provide a reference for practical engineering applications.
