激光辅助钻孔的实验研究

摘要 针对汽车传动链中的关键零件的孔加工问题,提出了激光辅助钻孔方案。通过搭建激光辅助钻孔实验平台,分别对45#钢,40Cr,QT600和不锈钢材料进行了激光辅助钻孔的实验研究,得到了各加工工艺参数的影响规律。结果表明:激光加热前后,入钻孔径方面,不锈钢材料最大提升51.4%,45#钢材料最大提升52.2%,40Cr最大提升50.5%;钻孔时间方面,不锈钢材料加工效率最大提升39.9%,45#钢最大提升16.3%,QT600最大提升19.3%,实验验证了激光辅助钻孔的有效性,具有一定的应用价值。 According to the problems of the hole machining for the key parts of automotive transmission chain, laser assisted drilling is proposed. Experimental platform of laser assisted drilling is put up. Experimental study of laser assisted drilling is put forward for different materials, such as 45^# , 40Cr, QT600 and stainless steel, the influence law of various processing pa rameters is obtained. Results show that compared before with after laser heating, hole diameter is increased 51.40//00 maximum for stainless steel, 52.2% maximum for 45 # steel, 50.5% maximum for 40Cr; processing efficiency is improved 39.9% max imum for stainless steel, 16.3% maximum for 45# steel, 19.3% maximum for QT600. Experiments verify laser assisted drilling is available and provided with a certain application value.
