放射性肝损伤影像学研究现状

Research Advances in Medical Imaging for Radiation-induced Liver Injury

随着三维适形放疗技术在腹部的应用,放射性肝损伤的发生率也逐步增加。及时准确判断并评价肝脏放射性损伤的有无及其程度,鉴别放射性肝损伤与肿瘤残存灶,对临床治疗、肿瘤放疗方案的制订与修正显得尤为重要。本文结合放射性肝损伤的组织病理学及血清学特点,总结了其影像学研究现状。

The applications of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy （3-DCRT） in the abdomen has been associated with the increased incidence of radiation-induced liver injury （RILI） . Timely and appropri- ate evaluation of RILI is particularly important for the design and modification of clinical management of tumors. This article reviews the pathological and serological features of RILI, focusing on in the application of medical imaging.
