基于生态文明视野的民营企业党建工作,目前尚存在诸多不适应,尤其在党建工作意识、基层组织动力、党员教育管理、党内民主建设和廉政文化建设方面亟待加强。生态文明视野下民营企业党建工作的创新路径,要把推进生态文明建设作为历史责任来担当,从提高使命意识,创新发展理念着手,加强队伍建设,提升服务能力;优化教育管理,激发内生动力;创新实践载体,促进成果转化。
