酸性氧化电位水对人角质形成细胞生长增殖的影响

摘要 目的 探讨酸性氧化电位水(electrolyzed oxidizing water,EOW)对角质形成细胞生长、增殖的影响.方法 分别以0%、10%、20%、40%、60%和80%的EOW作用于角质形成细胞,用MTT比色法测定其1、2、3、4、5、6 d 时的吸光度值.结果 表皮细胞在24 h内开始贴壁,细胞逐渐由圆形伸展成椭圆形,体积变大,3 d时开始形成小集落,7~10 d细胞汇合连接成片.不同体积分数的EOW组在相同时间点与空白对照组吸光度值比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论 EOW对体外培养的角质形成细胞生长、增殖无明显抑制作用. Objective To investigate the effects of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) on growth and proliferation of human keratinocyte cells. Methods Human keratinocyte cells were treated with 0 %, 10 %, 20 %, 40 %, 60 % and 80% EOW, respectively. Cell proliferation was detec- ted by MTT assay after treatment for 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 days, respectively. Results Epidermal cells began to adhere within 24 hours and gradually extended from circle into oval shape with in- crease in cell volume. Cells began to form small colonies on the third day of culture and grew to confluence after 7-10 days of culture. There were no significant same in cell proliferation between control group and EOW treatment group at same time points and different concentrations (P〉0.05). Conclusion EOW has no obvious inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human ke- ratinocyte cells.
