摘要
目的研究两种偶联剂对金钯合金黏结面处理后对其与Filtek z350树脂黏结强度的影响。方法用失蜡铸造法制备直径为8 mm、高为2 mm的金钯合金块18个,按随机数字表法分为3组。对照组,黏结面不用偶联剂处理;γ-mps组,用γ-mps对黏结面进行处理后与Filtek z350树脂黏结;V-primer组,用V-primer对黏结面进行处理后与Filtek z350树脂黏结。用万能测力机测试试件断裂时的剪切力,用扫描电镜观察试件断面的形貌。结果对照组、γ-mps组和V-primer组的剪切黏结强度值分别为(6.75±0.41)、(7.25±0.49)和(10.54±0.42)mPa。V-primer组与对照组以及γ-mps组剪切强度比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),V-primer组的剪切黏结强度最高;γ-mps组与对照组的剪切强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试件断裂模式均表现为黏结断裂模式。结论V-primer处理可以提高金钯合金与树脂的黏结性能,γ-mps处理对提高金钯合金与树脂的黏结性能并不理想。
Objective To study the influence of Pd-Au alloy surfaces treated with two types of coupling agents on the shear bond strength of Filtek z350 resin. Methods Eighteen Pd-Au alloy specimens,8 mm in diameter and 2 mm in thickness,were produced by lost wax casting method, and then were randomly divided into three groups. Samples in control group were not given sur- face treatment;Samples in γ-mps group were adhered to Filtek z350 resin after treatment with γ-mps on the bonding surface;Samples in V-primer group were adhered to Filtek z350 resin after treatment with V-primer on the bonding surface. Shear bond strength was tested using universal force measurement machine and fracture section shape was observed under scanning electron mi- croscope. Results The shear bond strength was (6. 75±0. 41), (7.25±0.49) and (10. 54±0.42)mPa in control group,γ-mps group and V-primer group, respectively. Compared with V- primer group,shear bond strength significantly decreased in control group and γ-mps group (P〈 0.05). But there was no significant difference between the two groups (P〈0. 05). All samples showed adhesive fracture mode. Conclusion The treatment with V-primer,but not γ--raps,can im- prove the shear bond strength between Pd-Au alloy and resin.
