摘要
对于多轴控制系统,研究系统的控制精度和各轴同步性能.结合BechHoff公司ET1100的实时以太网技术,构建了ET1100加FPGA的雕刻机控制系统.使用Altera的FPGA实现ET1100的控制时序和状态机切换,主从站通信协议CoE的解析并且负责电机控制驱动板的脉冲产生.最终完成了雕刻机控制系统的从站构建,验证了由ET1100提供的分布式时钟的同步性能.实验表明,系统控制可靠、精度高,同步性能优越.
A research on the control precision and synchronization performance for each axis in multi-axis control system was conducted. Combing with BeckHoffs real-time Ethernet technology ET1100, engrav- ing machine control system is built by ET1100 plus FPGA. This paper has implemented the slave con- troller in the Engraving machine control system using Altera's FPGA to implement ETll00 control tim- ing and state machine switches,master and slave communications protocol CoE parsing and also be re- sponsible for motor control driver board pulse generator. The synchronization performance of its Distrib- uted Clock was verified. Experimental results show that the system has reliable control, high precision, synchronization and superior performance.
