通过结合北海艺术设计职业学院学生社团管理的实践经验,参考各高校学生工作者已有的科研成果,分析艺术类高职院校社团干部的素质培养工作,并提出若干艺术类高职院校社团干部素质培养的建议。

College ＂Student Association is a student self-organized non-government agencieS, the students ac- cording to their own requirements, out of their own ideals, culture, interests, emotional, social and other psychological goals established, with great autonomy and independence. In the relatively independent associ- ations between schools, the most direct bridge and link, that is community management cadres. Attention to and strengthen the quality of cadres training community, both communities to enhance the quality of the practical requirements of the development, but also the party＇s education has important practical signifi- cance. By combining Beihai Vocational College of Art and Design student work is based on practical re- suits, the reference of the existing research university student workers, vocational colleges for art societies cadre training work analysis and exploration, research on work practices will be formed with reference val- ue theoretical results.
