人性化护理在眼科病房中的应用体会

Application and experience of humanized nursing in ophthalmology ward

目的探讨人性化护理在眼科病房中的应用。方法对265例眼科疾病患者进行人性化护理,采用调查表对每位出院患者进行护理工作满意度问卷调查。结果人性化护理可以明显提高患者对护理工作满意度。结论人性化护理有助于患者的康复,明显提高了护理质量及患者的满意度,促进护患关系和谐。

Objective To explore the application of humanized nursing in ophthalmology ward. Methods 265 cases of ophthal- mology patients were received humanized nursing, all the discharged patients were surveyed about the nursing job satisfaction by questionnaires. Results Humanized nursing can significantly improve the nursing job satisfaction. Conclusion Humanized nursing help the patient＇s rehabilitation, can significantly improve nursing quality and patient＇s satisfaction, promote harmonious relations between the nurses and patients.
