我院病区抗生素使用现状分析

目的探讨我院病区抗生素使用的情况从而促进抗生素的进一步合理使用。方法收集海门市中医院2013年5月21日—6月21日病区处方长期医嘱共8661例,分析各类抗生素的使用情况以及不合理处方。结果在收集的处方中共有3813例使用抗生素,应用率约为44.02%。医嘱中不合理应用医嘱共396例,占抗生素医嘱10.39%。且病原学检测率小于抗生素使用率。结论还应在抗生素分级管理原则指导下进一步规范抗生素的使用,逐步加强病原学检测和医师的药动学培训。

Objective By discussing antibiotic usage situation in ward of our hospital to promote the further reasonable usage of them. Methods collection of ward＇s prescription long-term doctor＇s advice total 8661 cases during May 21, 2013 to June 21, 2013 in HaiMen Hospital of TCM, and analysis of varieties of antibiotic usage situation and unreasonable prescription. Result To- tal 3813 cases antibiotic usage in Collection of prescription, the utility ratio is about 44.02%. The number of unreasonable usage in doctor＇s advice is 396, which takes up 10.39% in antibiotic doctor＇s advice. And etiology detection rate is less than antibiotic us- age rate. Conclusion Still need to further standardize the usage of antibiotics within grading management principle of antibiotic, and strengthen the etiology detection and doctor pharmacokinetic training step by step.
