摘要
目的本文主要分析腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)与开腹阑尾切除术(OA)的比较。方法选取我院于2013年3—9月期间收治62例急慢性阑尾炎的临床资料,随机分为两组—观察组与对照组,每组31例,给予对照组患者行开腹阑尾切除术治疗,同时给予观察组患者行腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗,对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量以及并发症等。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间、并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与OA相比,LA的操作简便、安全可靠、疗效显著、并发症发生率低,值得推广。
