超声及MRI结合诊断胎儿全前脑

Discussion on ultrasound and MRI in diagnosis Fetal of holoprosencephaly

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声及MRI联合诊断胎儿全前脑畸形的价值。方法回顾性分析我院15例经病理证实为胎儿全前脑畸形的超声声像图表现及MRI图像表现。结果彩色多普勒超声对全前脑(前脑无裂畸形)分型存在误诊、漏诊,而MRI能提高诊断符合率。结论超声及MRI结合诊断能明显提高胎儿全前脑畸形的诊断符合率,有助于临床诊断。

Objective To summarize CDFI and MRI combination diagnosis Fetal holoprosencephaly ＇ s value. Methods Ultrasonographic and MRI features of 50 Fetal holoprosencephaly were analyzed retrospectively.Results Color Doppler ultrasound of holoprosencephaly （forebrain without cleft）type exists misdiagnosis; but MRI can improve the diagnosis rate of holopmsencephaLConclusions Ultrasound and MRI diagnosis can significantly improve the fetal holoprosencephaly diagnosed, contribute to the clinical diagnosis.
