养血当归胶囊治疗功能性痛经的临床疗效及安全性研究

Study on efficacy and safety of nourishing angelica capsule in the treatment of functional dysmenorrheal

目的研究养血当归胶囊治疗功能性痛经的疗效及安全性。方法将182例功能性痛经患者随机分为2组,对照组90例给予调经益母胶囊治疗,治疗组92例给予养血当归胶囊治疗。观察两组痛经缓解及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组疼痛评分低于对照组[(5.8±2.3)vs.(9.6±2.4),P<0.01];治疗组总有效率高于对照组(89.13%vs.77.78%,P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论养血当归胶囊治疗功能性痛经,能有效缓解疼痛,不良反应少,安全可靠。

Objective To study the effect and safety of nourishing angelica capsule in the treatment of functional dysmenorrhea. Methods 182 patients with functional dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups,90 cases in control group were given regulate menstruation Yimu capsules ,92 cases in treatment group were given nourishing angelica capsules. The dysmenorrhea ease and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The pain score of treatment group （ 5.8 ± 2.3 ） was lower than that of control group （ 9.6 ± 2.4 ）, P 〈 0.01 ; the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （ 89. 13% vs. 77.78% , P 〈 0.05 ） ; no significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nourishing angelica capsules can effectively relieve the pain of patients with functional dysmenorrheal with fewer adverse reactions, it is safe and reliable.
