银杏叶提取物和阿司匹林治疗缺血性结肠炎的疗效对比研究

Comparative study on therapeutic effects of the extract of ginkgo leaf and aspirin on ischemic colitis

目的比较银杏叶提取物和阿司匹林对缺血性结肠炎的不同影响,探讨银杏叶提取物和阿司匹林在缺血性结肠炎中的治疗作用。方法收集36例确诊为缺血性结肠炎的患者,随机分为对照组、银杏叶提取物组和阿司匹林组,每组12例,对照组仅给予常规治疗,银杏叶提取物组在常规治疗基础上加银杏叶提取物治疗,阿司匹林组在常规治疗基础上加阿司匹林治疗,疗程均2周。观察患者腹痛、便血等临床症状的变化情况,在治疗前及治疗后第14天均抽血化验红细胞压积、血黏度及血D-二聚体,并行结肠镜检查观察肠黏膜的恢复情况,比较两者差异。结果与对照组相比,银杏叶提取物组腹痛及大便隐血恢复时间缩短,血细胞压积、血黏度及血D-二聚体降低,且总有效率升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);阿司匹林组腹痛恢复时间缩短,血细胞压积、血黏度及血D-二聚体降低,总有效率亦升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),但大便隐血恢复时间无缩短(P>0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物和阿司匹林在治疗缺血性结肠炎上均有效,均能缩短腹痛恢复时间,明显降低患者血粘度和D-二聚体等指标,使总有效率明显升高,但银杏叶提取物更安全。

Objective To compare the effect of the extract of ginkgo leaf and aspirin on patients with ischemic colitis, and to study the therapeutic effect of them. Methods A total of 36 ischemic colitis patients were collected and randomly divided into control group, extract of ginkgo leaf group and aspirin group, 12 cases in each group. Control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the extract of ginkgo leaf group was given the extract of ginkgo leaf combined with conventional therapy, while the aspirin group was given aspirin combined with conventional therapy,the treatment lasted for two weeks. The changes of abdominal pain, hematochezia and colonoscopy were observed. The hematocrit,blood viscosity and D-direct before and after the treatment were compared. Results Compared with control group, the length of days of abdominal pain and hematochezia were shortened in the extract of ginkgo leaf group and the hematocrit, blood viscosity and D-dimer were reduced, while the total effective rate increased （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. So did the aspirin group except for the length of days of hematochezia （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Both the extract of ginkgo leaf and aspirin have positive therapeutic effect on ischemic colitis. They could reduce the hematocrit, blood viscosity and D-dimer, and the extract of ginkgo leaf is more safe comparatively.
