Determination of dioscin in Dioscorea nipponica Makino produced in different areas by HPLC

目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地穿山龙中薯蓣皂苷的含量,并对不同产地穿山龙进行质量评价.方法 采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定.色谱柱为Diamonsil C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）;以乙腈-水（55：45）为流动相;流速1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长为203 nm.结果 通过高效液相色谱法测定不同产地穿山龙薯蓣皂苷的含量,吉林、内蒙古与山东泰山三地产穿山龙薯蓣皂苷含量均在3.0%以上,安徽、浙江两地含量1.36%～1.41%.结论 北方产穿山龙薯蓣皂苷含量相对南方产要高,质量较好.

Objective To determine the contents of dioscin in Dioscorea nipponica Makino by HPLC, and establish the quality evaluation of Dioscorea nipponica Makino produced in different areas. Methods The contents of dioscin in Dioscorea nipponica Makino were determined by HPLC. HPLC column was Diamonsil C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） , mobile phase was acetonitrile -water （55：45） ,and the flow rate was 1.0mL . min-1 ,detection wavelength was 203 nm. Results The contents of dioscin in Dioscorea nipponica Makino produced from Jilin, Neimenggu, and Shandong provinces by HPLC were more than 3.0% , the contents of Anhui and Zhejiang were among 1.36 - 1.41%. Conclusion The content of dioscin in Dioscorea nip- ponica Makino produced in the north area was higher than it in the south area, therefore the quality was better.
