我院自制制剂临床使用情况分析

Analysis on clinical application of self-made preparation in our hospital

目的了解医院制剂在我院临床用药的作用,评价其存在的重要性。方法归纳我院医院制剂品种并统计分析其2010年1月1日至2012年12月31日临床使用情况。结果医院制剂品种数量略有减少,总销售量和销售额逐年攀升。医院制剂销售额占全部药物销售额7.5%左右。结论医院制剂为临床诊疗过程所必须,有着不可或缺的存在意义。

Objective To analyze the role of hospital preparations in our hospital clinical drug use, evaluate the impor- tance of its existence. Methods Summing up our varieties of hospital preparations and statistical analysis of the clinical usage from January 1,2010 to December 31,2012. Results Number of hospital preparations varieties slightly reduced,to- tal sales and sales rise year by year. Hospital preparations sales accounted for about 7.5% of total drug sales. Conclusion Hospital preparations were necessary to clinical diagnosis and treatment,it was indispensable.
