Improved synthesis of etamsylate

目的改进酚磺乙胺的合成方法。方法使用氯磺酸作为磺化试剂,提高产物的收率及操作的简便性。结果与结论新合成方法可使收率稳定在95%以上,高于文献报道的方法,降低了成本,更适合工业化的要求。

Objective To improve synthesic method of etamsylate. Methods Chlorosulfonic acid was used as sulfon- ating agent to increase the yield and simplicity of operation. Results and Conclusion New synthesis method can yield sta- ble at 95 %, higher than reported methods in the literatures, and more suitable for industrial requirements.
