摘要
文章对安徽高校思想政治理论课教师队伍管理现状进行实证分析、原因探讨,并提出以下创新路径:确立内外兼修的教师队伍管理目标,规范二级教学科研机构,优化学科和课程发展平台,完善激励约束机制,不断提升思想政治理论课教师发展动力和职业幸福感。
The paper makes analyses and exploration about the status quo of the management of teachers of ideological and political theory in colleges in Anhui, and proposes the following innovative ways: establishing management objectives for teachers, standardizing secondary institutions for teaching and research institutions, optimizing subjects and curriculum development platform, perfecting the incentive and restraint mechanism, and constantly promoting the momentum and well-being of teachers of ideological and political theory.
