微探普通工科院校贫困大学生就业心理问题

On the Psychological Problems of Poor Students in Ordinary Engineering Colleges

由于高校的持续扩招,大学生毕业生人数逐年增多,明显大于市场的需求量,从而导致了就业形势愈发严峻。大学毕业生中的特殊群体贫困大学生,在就业过程中的就业心理问题越来越突出,文章通过对普通工科院校贫困大学生就业心理问题进行探析,提出了相关建议。

With the increase of enrollment at universities in China, there are more graduates, which is greater than the market demand, so that the employment of them is increasingly severe. The poor students in the graduates, as a special group, face psychological problems in the process of employment. The paper analyzes these problems in ordinary engineering colleges and puts forward some suggestions.
