四肢骨折采用微创经皮锁钉钢板治疗临床分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨对四肢骨折患者实施微创经皮锁钉钢板治疗的总体疗效。方法回顾分析该院收治治疗的80例四肢骨折患者,将其随机分为实验组(微创经皮锁钉钢板治疗)和对照组(普通钢板固定治疗),比较两组临床疗效。结果实验组平均手术时间、术后恢复时间、并发症以及临床优良率均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮锁钉钢板治疗四肢骨折,实现了微创、固定可靠、骨折愈合效果明显以及适应范围较广等应用价值,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the overall efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate in the treatment of pa- tients with fracture of limbs. Methods 80 patients with fracture of limbs admitted in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. They were randomly divided into experimental group (minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate treatment) and control group (normal plate fixation treatment). And clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The average operation time, postoperative recovery time, complications and clinical excellent and good rate of the experimental group were superior to those of the control group with significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate in the treatment of limb fractures has the values of minimal invasion, reliable fixation, good fracture healing effect and wide adaptability, which is worthy of wide application.
