摘要
针对西部大开发战略的贯彻落实 ,分析了西北五省区矿产资源和水资源的基本状况、讨论了矿业开发对水资源的损害 ,进而提出了西部矿业开发和水资源保护应当采取的对策。指出西北五省区矿业开发应开展矿产资源大调查、加大地下水资源勘查力度、加强水资源管理、水资源保护要与矿产资源开发并重、组织科技攻关和进行“绿色矿区”示范工程研究。从而在不降低西北五省环境容量的前提下 ,以矿业开发为龙头促进西北五省区经济快速增长 。
In order to implement the strategy of the great development of the west area of China, the paper analyses the existing condition of mineral resources and water resource, discusses water damage and water pollution resulted from the mining of the mineral resources, and furthermore gives out some proposals about the development of mineral resources and the protection of water resource. These proposals include: to carry out the detailed investigation for mineral resources, to explore for underground water resource, to enhance water resource management, to pay great attention to water protection during the process of mineral resources development, and to strengthen science & technology research as well as to build green mining area as demonstration engineering.
