摘要 目的探讨多排螺旋CT在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺动脉高压(PH)诊断中的应用。方法收集50例临床确诊COPD,超声心动图确诊PH的患者进行多排螺旋CT(MSCT)检查,通过测量肺动脉主干及左右肺动脉、升主动脉的直径来协助判断有无肺动脉高压。结果 94%的患者出现肺动脉高压的CT征象,肺动脉主干增宽,主肺动脉直径与升主动脉直径比值(rPA)>1。结论 MSCT可准确诊断COPD合并的肺动脉高压。 Objective To explore the application of multi-slice helical CT in the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated by pulmonary hypertension (PH). Methods 50 cases of patients with COPD diagnosed clinically and PH diagnosed by echocardiogram were selected and given multi-slice helical CT (MSCT). Whether the patients had pulmonary hypertension determined by measuring the pulmonary trunk and diameter of the left and right pulmonary artery and the ascending aorta. Results 94% of the patients had CT signs of pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary artery trunk broadening, the ratio of the main pulmonary artery's diameter to the ascending aorta's diameter (rPA) was greater thanl. Conclusion MSCT can accurately diagnose pulmonary hypertension in COPD patients.
