多发韧带重建术后关节粘连的围手术期护理

The Nursing Care in the Perioperative Period of Knee Joint Ankylosis after Multi-ligament Reconstruction

目的探讨多发韧带重建术后关节粘连的的围手术期护理。方法对43例关节多发韧带重建术后的关节粘连患者行关节镜下有限清理,并在手术前后指导其心理及功能康复。手术前后随访时采用Lysholm膝关节评分等评价疗效。结果所有患者均获随访,采用膝关节Lysholm评分进行手术前后评估,差异有统计学意义。结论膝关节镜下行关节粘连松解术结合系统的康复训练及围手术期护理对患者康复起着非常重要的作用。

Objective To investigate the nursing care in the perioperative period of knee joint ankylosis after multi-ligament reconstruction. Methods Forty-three cases of knee joint ankylosis after multi-ligament reconstruction were treated with arthroscopic release and given guidance of psychology and functional rehabilitation before and after the operation. The treatment effect was evaluated by Lysholm rating scales during the follow-up before and after the operation. Results All cases were followed up for an average of 10 months （ 6-13 months） . Lysholm score were 91.7±3.7, respectively, showing significant differences when compared with those of preoperation （P=0.000〈0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic release for knee joint ankylosis combined with systematic rehabilitation and nursing in the perioperative period play a very important role in the rehabilitation of the patients.
