摘要
选用“红颊”草莓,研究了以稻草和猪粪为原料,堆肥发酵CO2施肥对大棚草莓生长、产量和品质的影响。试验结果表明,堆肥发酵CO2施肥使大棚CO:浓度平均值提高了1倍,明显促进了草莓生长,提高了草莓产量和品质;草莓产量比对照提高了26.1%,草莓可溶性糖含量增加了24.7%,有机酸含量则降低了13.7%,可溶性固形物含量增加了16.6%,Vc含量增加了20.2%,上市时间提早9天。
Strawberry Hongxia has been chosen to do research on the effect of CO2 enrichment by compost fermentation on growth, yield and quality of greenhouse strawberry with straw and manure as raw materials. The result shows that CO2 compost fermentation has doubled the average density of CO2 in the greenhouse, which has apparently promoted the growth, yield and quality of strawberry. The yield has in creased by 26. 1% over the compared variety. Content of soluble sugar has increased by 24.7%. Organic acids have decreased by 13.7%. Soluble solids have increased by 16.6% and Vc has increased by 20.2%. The time to market is 9 days earlier.
