喷施有机硒营养液对翠冠梨含硒量和品质的影响

The Influence of Organic Selenium Nutrient Solution Spray on the Selenium Content and Quality of Cuiguan Pear

以5g／L的比例在蚯蚓水解营养液中添加亚硒酸钠制备成有机硒营养液，研究叶面喷施不同浓度的有机硒营养液对翠冠梨含硒量和品质的影响。试验结果表明，叶面喷施不同浓度的有机硒营养液能极显著提高翠冠梨果实的硒含量，使翠冠梨的硒含量达到6．67-22．46ug／kg：同时可以显著提高翠冠梨果实中可溶性固形物的含量和维生素c含量，降低翠冠梨果实中可滴定酸的含量，改善果品品质，有机硒营养液300倍稀释倍数为最适宜的喷施浓度。

Organic selenium nutrient solution is made by adding sodium selenite to earthworm hydrolysis nutrient solution with a ration of 5g/L. The experiment is to spray the solution of different concentration to the leaves of the pear tree so as to determine the influence on the selenium content and quality. Result shows that the spray of organic selenium nutrient solution of different concentration could increase the selenium content in pears apparently, reaching an level of 6.67-22.46ug/kg. At the same time it could increase the content of soluble solids and vitamin C and lower the titratable acidity to improve the quality of pears. A 300-fold dilution of organic selenium nutrient solution is the best spray concentration.
