内蒙古贫困县基本公共服务与扶贫开发联动研究——以武川县为例

A Study on Linkage Studies of Inner Mongolia Poverty County of Basic Public Services and Poverty Alleviation:Based on the Analysis of the Sample of Wuchuan County

中国当前扶贫进入新阶段,贫困根源愈加复杂,衡量扶贫成果的标准也更加全面。内蒙古贫困县不仅受到自然、经济等条件制约,严重匮乏的基本公共服务更是成为影响其扶贫开发的重要因素。为实现贫困地区的经济社会总体可持续发展,实现其造血功能,当前应从贫困县基本公共服务与扶贫开发的联系出发,针对存在的具体问题提出相应的解决措施。

Inner Mongolia Poverty County is not only restricted by natural and economic conditions, the lack of basic public services is becoming an important factor to influence the development oriented poverty reduction. In order to realize the sustainable develop- ment of economy and society overall poverty area, realize its development function, the current from the impoverished county basic public services and poverty alleviation and development on the basis of the link, aimed at the existing problems and proposes corresponding solutions.
