风险社会理论视域下的和谐社会构建探析

The Analysis of Constructing Harmonious Society Based on Risk Society Theory

现阶段中国正处于急剧的社会转型时期,在市场化、全球化、信息化等多重因素的共同作用下,社会矛盾和社会风险不断涌现。社会和谐是社会主义社会的本质属性,构建社会主义和谐社会是我国目前的一项重大任务,这就需要我们有效地防范和化解社会风险。西方风险社会理论对分析我国构建和谐社会中所面临的社会风险具有很大的启示。本文通过对西方风险社会理论的回顾与反思,分析现阶段中国面临的主要社会风险及其形成原因,提出治理社会风险的基本途径。

China is undergoing rapid social transition period, under the influences of multiple factors of marketlization, globalization and informatization, social contradictions and risks emerged constantly. Social harmony is an essential attribute of the socialist society, constructing the socialist harmonious society is a major task in China, which requires us to effectively prevent and resolve social risks. The Risk Society Theory in the West has a great elicitation for analyzing the social risk when constructing the harmonious society in China. This article analyzes the main social risk of present China and the reasons of its formation through reviewing and reflecting the Risk Society Theory in the West, and puts forward the basic way to control social risk.
