内涵式发展背景下民办高等教育质量观探析

An Analysis of Quality Concept of Private Higher Education in the Context of Connotative Development

提高教育质量是内涵式发展的核心要求。民办高校作为我国高等教育大众化进程中以外延式发展模式产生并壮大的新型力量,如何以科学发展观为指导,树立切合自身情况又符合时代发展要求的质量观,至关重要。在内涵式发展的要求下,民办高校应切合自身情况,树立以学术取向为基础,以社会取向为核心,以学生成长取向为根本的高等教育质量观。

Upgrading educational quality is the key requirement of connotative development. Being emerging powers, private universities generate and expand with a model of denotative development during the popularization of higher education in China. It is crucial for private universities to be guided by the concept of scientific development to establish such a quality concept which corresponds with their own situations and meets the requirements of the times. At the request of connotative development, private universities should combine practically with their own situations to build up such a concept on higher education quality, which takes the academic orientation as the base, the society orientation as the core and the student-growth orientation as the essence.
