Improving the Urban Buildings to Meet the Needs of the Ageing Population

在社会老龄化快速发展的前提下,探讨从老龄化意识、老龄化城市和老龄化建筑多方位的应对。在老龄化意识上,重建孝道文化是对传统文化的传承、对未来信心的体现;法律法规是社会老龄化方向的引导和保证;对老龄化的意识定位和法律引导决定了社会老龄化的方式和目标。在老龄化城市上,区域性地选择养老环境适宜的小城市作为老龄化应对的特征城市;结合大、中型城市的分区发展,选择适宜的区域,改造老城区或新建新城区使其成为适合养老的城市区域;全面、深入落实非老年社区的城市设施老龄化应对,使老年人可以更广泛地享用到现代都市的种种便利和进步。在老龄化建筑上,通过对衔接型、年轻型、老年型、长寿型老年居住建筑的分析,为研究积极地、全生命过程的养老建筑提供基础,为全面的老龄化社会建设全面的宜老城市和颐老建筑。

In the premise of rapid development of the ageing society, this paper explores the multifaceted response of ＂ageing consciousness＇, ageing urban areas and ageing construction techniques. In the ageing con sciousness, rebuilding the culture of ＂filial piety＂ [the Chinese virtue of respect for one＇s parents and ancestors] is the traditional cultural heritage and reflecting the confidence of the future. Laws and regulations are the guidance and guarantee of the ageing society. The awareness of ageing and the direction of laws determine the way and goal of the ageing society. In ageing urban areas, regions are choosing small cities with suitable envi ronments for elderly people in response to the ageing population. Combined with developments in large and mediumsized cities, choosing the appropriate region, transforming an old city or creating a new city makes it suitable for financial endowments. Implementing a comprehensive, indepth plan for nonelderly community facilities to deal with ageing is vital, so that seniors can enjoy a wider variety of modem urban conveniences and progressive design. In ageing buildings, converging requirements for both youthful and senior populations and designing residential buildings with longevity in mind, provide a basis for an active lifelong endowment building process. This will be a mutual benefit for both the ageing society and the ageing buildings.
