钢支撑在某烂尾楼加固设计中的应用

摘要 苏州某高层烂尾楼原设计为L型结构,结构存在多项不规则,结构周期比超限等问题。介绍了多种调整结构周期比的方案,经比较选用增加钢支撑以及增加剪力墙综合方法加固处理。钢支撑仅在五层以上设置,对钢支撑底部节点处框架梁柱进行性能设计,采用ABAQUS对支撑底部与框架梁柱交汇处节点进行有限元分析与设计。 Unfinished building highrise Suzhou is L shaped structure on the original design , the existing structure of this building remains such problems as more irregularities of structural system, overlimit period ratio of structure. The various schemes was used in adjustment of period ratio, By comparison, the synthetic method of increase of steelbracing and shear wall was used in strengthening design. The steel bracing is pro vided only in more than five layers, so the joint of steelbracing bottom and frame beam column need seismic concept design of structure, the finite element analysis program ABAQUS was used to analyze the joint.
