摘要 根据国家电网公司《直流换流站设备深度隐患排查治理工作方案》要求,对南桥换流站水冷系统开展了专项隐患排查。简单介绍了换流阀水冷控制保护系统及直流逻辑闭锁原理,通过排摸水冷系统ESOF信号、阀水冷温度保护、阀水冷漏水保护、主水流量监视和冷却器全停保护,分析了导致直流逻辑闭锁的主要原因与设备隐患,提出了反事故措施及相应的整改方案,用以提高直流设备安全、稳定运行水平和直流输电系统的可靠性。 According to the requirements in the DC converter station equipment hidden perils in depth and management work plan of STATE GRID Corporation of China, special hidden perils in cooling system of Nanqiao converter station were carried out, The paper introduces valve cooling control protection system and the princi ple of DC logic block briefly, through check cooling system ESOF signals, cooling system temperature protec tion, cooling system leakage protection, the main water flow monitoring and cooler full stop protection, and analyzes the main causes and equipment hidden dangers which lead to the DC logic atresia, and put forward the anti-accident measures and the corresponding improvement schemes, to improve the level of secure and stable operation of the 1N2 equipment and the reliability of DC transmission system.
