摘要
针对铝型材生产企业中普遍存在的穿条式隔热铝型材复合开裂的现象,通过实际生产经验总结,认为隔热铝型材人工时效后的硬度高于HW12时,是造成开裂问题的主要原因。针对此原因,采用试验手段,通过数据对比方法,认为通过时效工艺控制,是解决该问题的研究方向。通过不同人工时效工艺试验,经过生产实践,最终制定出适合本企业生产穿条式隔热铝型材的时效工艺制度。
The insulated aluminum profiles tends to crack,which is a common phenomenon in the manufacture enterprises of the aluminum profiles.The production experience shows the profiles cracks when the hardness after artificial aging of the aluminum profiles exceeds HW12.The aging process control can solve the problem.By technical experiments of the different artificial aging,the suitable aging technical for the insulated aluminum profiles is developed.
