摘要
针对ZG35CrMnSi铸钢齿轮在使用过程中发生的断裂、点蚀磨损,利用金属断口分析理论判断失效的性质、确定选取分析试样的位置。借助宏观测量、光谱分析、金相分析、扫描电子显微镜断口分析的方法,对齿轮进行分析鉴定,分析结果是疲劳破坏。齿轮的疲劳断裂是因为:钢中的Si含量低,影响了齿轮的强度、硬度和淬透性;S元素含量高造成齿轮铸件中非金属夹杂物超标和晶间缩松,充当裂纹源;齿轮的淬透性差造成齿面接触强度低,形成齿面疲劳点蚀。采取控制钢水质量、造型质量和调质工艺等对策,使问题得到解决。
Aimed at the cracking and corrosive pitting in service of ZG35CrMnSi steel gear,the sample position is determined by using analysis of metal fracture surface.With the help of the macro measurement,spectrometer analysis,metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy fractographic analysis method,the fatigue failure of steel gear were analyzed and identified.The results showed the low Si content affected the strength,hardness and hardenability,high S content caused high sulphide inclusions and shrinkage porosity,low hardenability caused low tooth surface contact strength and surface fatigue pitting.The problem can be solved by controlling the quality of molten steel,molding quality and tempering process and so on.
