摘要 应用大电流 LC振荡回路对真空触发开关进行了大量实验研究 ,得出了不同频率下的极限通断能力 ,分析出电流变化率对通断能力的决定性影响 ,以及燃弧时间或电弧输入能量对上述影响的修正 .实验得知 ,试品尺寸下纵向磁场真空触发开关 ( TVS)可以在 1 0 k A/1 0 k Hz下进行合分操作 .对于更高的电流 ,由于真空电弧正的伏安特性 ,可由多个 TVS并联及同步触发完成 . Triggered vacuum switch (TVS) is the most successful controlling switch in the field of pulse power. This paper introduces the axial magnetic field arc controlling technique from the vacuum interrupters applied to power system, which has improved TVS′ characteristics greatly. A series of experiments were carried out on the sample TVS′ with high current LC loop, and their breaking limitation was gotten under different loop frequencies, which corresponds to different current decline rates and different arcing times. Experimental setups and results are introduced. Analyses show that the decline rate dominates breaking limitation of TVS′. Arcing time effects breaking in some extent. A TVS can operate under 10 kA/10 kHz. Because of the positive VI characteristic of vacuum arcs, TVS can be used for higher current operations by parallel with synchronous triggering.
