毛细支气管炎患儿微量元素检测及补锌治疗的临床研究

The trace elements detection of children with bronchiolitis and the clinical studies of treatment of zinc supplementation

目的:检测毛细支气管炎患儿血清中的微量元素水平,同时研究补锌治疗对患儿临床症状、体征和住院时间的影响。方法:选择60例毛细支气管炎患儿为观察组,选择同期60例健康儿童为对照组,对其进行血清微量元素测定。随后将60例毛细支气管患儿随机分为两组,对照组30例用常规方法治疗,补锌治疗组30例在常规治疗的基础上口服葡萄糖酸锌颗粒治疗1周,分别观察两组的喘憋消失时间、肺部体征消失时间和住院时间。结果:观察组患儿血清中铜、锌、铁、钙明显低于健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。毛细支气管炎患儿经口服葡萄糖酸锌颗粒治疗1周后其喘憋消失时间、肺部体征消失时间和住院时间均明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:毛细支气管炎患儿存在微量元素缺乏,需及时补充,补锌治疗可减轻患儿的症状和体征,缩短住院时间。

Objective To detect serum levels of trace elements in the patients with bronchiolitis,and to study the affection of the zinc supplementation therapy on clinical symptoms and signs and hospitalization time of children with bronchiolitis.Methods 60 cases of bronchiolitis patients in hospital as the research object, as observation group,at the same time,60 healthy children in the child care clinic for examination as control group,both carry on the determination of serum trace elements.Then 60 cases children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups,control group of 30 cases treated with conventional methods,and treatment group of 30 cases treated with oral zinc gluconate particles a week on the basis of conventional treatment.the two groups were observed in Wheezing disappear time and pulmonary signs disappear time and hospitalization days.Results The concentration of serum copper, zinc,iron,calcium of observation group significantly lower than that of the healthy control group,both have significant difference（P 〈 0.01）.Wheezing disappear time and pulmonary signs disappear time and hospitalization days of children with bronchiolitis after being treated with oral zinc gluconate particles in a week were significantly shortened,have significant difference（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Children with bronchiolitis is lack of trace elements,should be timely added.Zinc supplementation can reduce the patient＇s symptoms and signs,and shorten hospital stay.
