彩色多普勒超声评价肝动脉化疗栓塞的临床价值研究

摘要 目的:讨论彩色多普勒超声(彩超)在评价肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)疗效中的价值。方法:对80例原发性肝癌患者在术前、术后7 d和术后30 d行彩超检查,记录血供,以评级彩超价值。结果:患者治疗总有效率为56.25%。治疗后,患者血供分级、肝动脉及门静脉血流参数较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声在评价TACE疗效中具有重要的临床价值,值得推广运用。
