甲状腺肿瘤普外科手术治疗临床护理要点探讨

目的:探讨甲状腺肿瘤普外科手术治疗临床护理要点。方法:选择80例甲状腺肿瘤行普外科手术治疗的患者,采用数字表抽取法随机分组,就常规护理(对照组)与围术期整体护理干预(观察组)预后加以比较。结果:观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,并发症率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强甲状腺肿瘤普外科手术治疗临床护理,可显著改善手术质量,确保预后,具有积极意义。

Objective Explore the surgical treatment of thyroid cancer general clinical care points.Methods The 80 cases of thyroid cancer were selected general surgery patients,the use of a random number table extraction method grouped on usual care（control group） and overall perioperative nursing intervention（observation group） to compare outcomes.Results Observation group was significantly higher nursing satisfaction,complication rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Strengthen general surgical treatment of thyroid cancer clinical care,surgery can significantly improve quality and ensure the prognosis of positive significance.
