摘要 1病历摘要 1．1一般资料：患者23岁，孕1产0，因孕9月余，下腹部剧烈瘙痒4d前来就诊。患者平素月经规律，末次月经2012年1月1日，预产期2012年10月8日，孕期产检数次无异常，4天前无明显诱因腹部痒，尤以夜间遇热后加重，影响睡眠，
