摘要
首先,分析了轴向铣削力及陀螺效应对球头铣刀刀杆固有频率的影响;然后,基于全离散法研究了轴向铣削力及陀螺效应对球头铣刀颤振稳定域的影响;最后,通过实验验证,该理论模型可以有效预测铣削颤振稳定域。分析表明,随着轴向铣削力的增加,铣削系统的稳态临界切深呈现下降的趋势,但并不是线性关系,在局部会出现稳态临界切深增加的情况,而陀螺效应只是影响系统稳定域的高转速部分,对低转速无效。
Firstly,the influences of alternating axial milling force and gyroscopic effect on the natural frequency of ball-end mill shank is analyzed.Secondly,based on the full-discrete method,that influences on chatter stability lobes of ball-end mill is also studied.Finally,the experimental results verified that the model can accurately predict the milling chatter stability lobes.With the increase of alternating axial milling force and gyroscopic effect,the steady critical cutting depth of milling system shows a downward trend.But it is a nonlinear relationship,because there would be local augmentation of steady-state critical cutting depth,and the gyroscopic effect only influences the system stable region of the high-speed part,not on the low-speed one.
