温度对尼氏真绥螨捕食桔全爪螨功能反应的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在实验室5个恒定温度(16℃、20℃、24℃、28℃和32℃)条件下,研究了尼氏真绥螨Euseius nicholsi雌成螨对桔全爪螨不同螨态的捕食功能反应。结果表明,在各温度处理设置范围内,尼氏真绥螨雌成螨对桔全爪螨各螨态的捕食功能反应均拟合HollingⅡ功能反应模型;在相同温度下其捕食量随着猎物密度的增加而增加;温度对尼氏真绥螨雌成螨的功能反应有明显的影响。在16℃~32℃范围内,尼氏真绥螨对卵的瞬间攻击率最低,最高的是若螨;对幼螨的处理时间最短,最长的是卵;对幼螨的理论捕食量最大。在实验温度范围内,尼氏真绥螨雌成螨对桔全爪螨各螨态的控制能力(a/Th值)随温度升高而增大,在28℃时达到峰值。另外,尼氏真绥螨对各螨态的桔全爪螨的取食具有选择性,桔全爪螨的幼若螨是尼氏真绥螨的嗜好虫态。 The predatory functional response of Euseius nicholsi female adult to Panonychus citri under different temperatures(16℃、20 ℃、24 ℃、28 ℃ and 32 ℃)in the present study.The results demonstrated that the predatory functional responses of E.nicholsi to P.citri were all conformed to Holling typeⅡmodeling equation in all temperature treatments.And the predation of E.nicholsi female adult increased with an increase of the prey's density at the same temperature.The temperature influenced the prey consumed amount significantly.The parameters of Holling modeling,the instant attack rate of E.nicholsi female adult to P.citri nymph was highest,whereas,the instant attack rate of E.nicholsi female adult to P.citri egg was lowest.The handling time was shortest in the treatment of P.citri larvae,but that was longest in the treatment of P.citri egg.The max predating numbers of one day of E.nicholsi female adult to P.citri larvae was highest,comparing with the other stages of P.citri.The values of a/Th were increased as increasing of temperature in all the treatments of E.nicholsi female adult to all the stages of P.citri,and peaked at 28 ℃.The results of the present study suggested that E.nicholsi predated on all the stages of P.citri,especially to larvae and nymph.
