摘要 Toll样受体3(toll-like receptor 3,TLR3)是天然免疫中重要的模式识别受体(PRRs)家族成员之一,可以特异性地识别病毒双链RNA,激活宿主保护性免疫反应,清除病毒。TLR3主要表达于免疫细胞,也可在上皮细胞及上皮细胞来源的肿瘤细胞中表达,在机体抗感染、炎症反应、肿瘤进展等病理生理过程中发挥重要作用。女性生殖道黏膜是抵抗病原微生物感染的重要屏障,TLR3参与女性生殖道生理、病理改变。对TLR3在宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)持续性感染、宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌发生中的作用进行综述。 Toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3) is an important member of the family of pattern recognition receptors (PRRs) in innate immunity and can be specific to identify the virus double-stranded RNA,activate the protective response and clean viruses. TLR3 expresses mainly in immune ceils and also in epithelial cells and epithelial carcinomas. TLR3 expression is associated with infection, inflammation and tumor progression. Female genital tract mucous membrane is an important barrier against pathogenic microorganism infection,TLR3 expression is associated with genital tract physiology and pathology. The review will discuss the role of TLR3 in cervical HPV persistent infection, intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer.
