芜菁见光肉质根表皮EST资源的SSR信息分析

摘要 对芜菁见光肉质根表皮3 798条无冗余EST的SSR信息进行了分析,共检出111个由13种重复基元所构成的SSR,检出率为2.92%,平均相距11.974kb出现1个SSR。其中,二核苷酸和三核苷酸重复基元的EST-SSR占主导地位,分别占被检SSR总数的54.05%和45.05%;AG/CT和AAG/CTT基元的重复分别是二核苷酸和三核苷酸类型重复中的优势重复,分别占二核苷酸和三核苷酸重复类型的88.33%和32.00%;这些EST-SSR中属于具有中等程度多态性的Type II类型占93.69%,仅少数(<7%)属于具有较高多态性的Type I类型。经过Blast2Go分析,与这些EST-SSR相关联的EST参与10个不同代谢途径。 The SSR information in 3 798 irredundant ESTs from the hypocotyl of turnip (Brassica rapa subsp. Rapa) exposed to light were investigated. As the results, 111 SSRs accounting for 2.92% of ESTs were mined out, which with 13 kinds of repeat motifs. The average distance between SSRs was 11. 974 kb. In the hypocotyl exposed to light, EST-SSRs with dinucleotide and trinucleotide repeats were major SSRs, accounting for 54.05% and 45.05% in total SSRs, respectively. Among 13 repeat motifs, AG/CT and AAG/CTT motifs were the most frequent motifs, accounting for 88.33% and 32.00% in di- nucleotide and trinueleotide repeats,respectively. Among the EST-SSRs, about 93.69% of SSRs were be- long to the medium polymorphic Type II, and others were belong to high polymorphic Type I. In addi- tion, the results by Blast2Go analysis revealed that the ESTs involving SSRs from turnip swollen hypocot- yl exposed to light were related with 10 different metabolic pathways.
