首发男性精神分裂症患者暴力倾向与血清甲状腺素及泌乳素水平的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨首发男性精神分裂症患者的暴力倾向与血清甲状腺素及泌乳素水平的关系,为探讨精神分裂症患者暴力行为倾向的相关危险因素提供线索。方法采用免疫化学方法对36例有暴力倾向的首发男性精神分裂症患者及对照组34例无暴力倾向的精神分裂症男性患者的血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3),甲状腺素(T4),游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3),游离甲状腺素(FT4),促甲状腺激素(TSH),血清泌乳素(PRL)进行了检测和比较。结果有暴力倾向的首发男性精神分裂症患者血清PRL水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而血清T3,T4,FT3,FT4,TSH水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论有暴力倾向的首发男性精神分裂症患者血清泌乳素水平可能更低。
