摘要 传统的钟控、电控取样器下井前要预设时间,操作繁琐,油水界面难以掌握,取样成功率低,在高凝油、稠油井取样器重量轻,无法用钢丝投送取样。针对上述问题研制了不用时间控制,通过上提下放钢丝绳控制取样器在井下重复开启和关闭的摩擦式取样器;随管柱入井,遇阻小,在封隔器坐封和解封的过程中控制内部SQ3取样器开启和关闭的滑套式取样装置;设计了相关取样工艺。投入使用,取样85支,成功率由先前的46.6%提升到92.2%,解决了高凝油、稠油、高含水油气井的取样难题。 The traditional clock-controlled and electric-controlled sampler needs presetting time, so it is complicate for operation, and the O/W contact is hard to obtain, leading to low success ratio of sampling. For high pour point oil and heavy oil wells, the sampler is light, so it can not be tripped by cable. To solve the problems above, a new sampler is invented, which is not controlled by time, and the status of open or close can be controlled by raising and lowering cable. The control element can be lowered with string and control SQ3 sampler open or close during setting or unseating packers. And relating sampling technology is designed. The sampler is put to use and 85 samples have been obtained. The sampling success ratio is increased from 46.6 % to 92.2 %. Therefore, the sampling difficulties for high pour point oil well, heavy oil well, and high water cut well have been solved.
