摘要
分包商管理是施工项目管理的一项重要内容,通过对分包商现状分析并根据阶段管理特点,提出了分包商管理存在的问题及改进措施,以达到改进核电项目分包商管理的目的。
Subcontractor management is an important part of the construction project management. Through the analysis of the status of subcontractors and in accordance with its phase-to-phase management features, this paper puts forward subcontractor management problems and its correspondent corrective measures with the aim of improving subcontractor management in nuclear power projects.
