摘要 将模型预测控制应用于工业电弧炉电极调节系统中,设计了三相电弧炉电极调节系统的模型预测控制器。设计了三相电弧炉预测模型并通过在线滚动优化得到电弧炉电极调节系统最优的控制律。仿真结果表明:该控制算法能有效地抑制弧长扰动,具有较强的鲁棒性,使控制系统获得较好的动态性能。 By applying the model predictive control to electrode regulator systems of industrial arc furnace, a model predictive controller is designed for the industrial three-phase arc furnace electrode regulator system. The predictive model of three-phase arc furnace is designed and the optimal control law is also obtained through online rolling optimization. The results of simulation show that this proposed algorithm can restrain the disturbance of arc length effectively, and has a stronger robustness, accordingly obtains better dynamic characteristics.
